My soon to be ex-wife{she has filed for a divorce}will not allow me any visitation with our 10 year old daughter.She [the soon to be ex-wife]has filled an order of protection against me. Dear friends can any one tell me what will be the result?
My wife has submitted a civil suit demandind Rs 6,50,000/-. She said in suit that my husband is eligible to pay me Rs 10,000/- per month and she want the advance for next 5 yeras and eariors of last 5 months. So that ammount became 6,50,000/-.
Whear as I got order of Rs 1000/- per month under 125 act and i am paying her self 1000/- per month.
My total payment is Rs 16,000/- per month and i am gettin in hand Rs 9000/- per month.
Before submiting the 125 act and civil suit , she had gone through 498 act.
I have confidance that i will be free from 498 very easily and even my laywer said that nothing is there in 498.
Now i would like to Know about civil suit.What about her demand? Is it leagal? and if leagal how much she will get from her demand? Plesae guide me to free from civil suit.

This seems to be outrageous and her demand does not seem to be very appropriate. Do you have any children?

She cant force you to pay in advance as that is extortion and totally illicit. You must hire a good lawyer to protect yourself.

Huh !! What !!!!!!! Do ask for forgiveness only only if the charges are true. Also try to understand what are the charges . It is typicall of wives to exagerate any small misunderstandings to . Take help of your friends evaluate reality before asking for forgiveness. Sometimes some small things are made to look big to make you on defensive and make you feel guilty . You can contact any helplines avalaible for men in bangalore mumbai and Kolkata to evaluate before you go into danger and commit yourself to such a dangerous course of asking for forgiveness

It used to be okay to ask for forgiveness even if you had done no wrong for the sake of marriage and harmony because there was no criminality associated earlier
But now if you have done no wrong you ask for no forgiveness because no onl;y your harmony and peace but that of your parents also depends on it . Please evaluate before asking for forgiveness

I was arrested for charges Spousal abuse and want to know what will be happened on my first hearing. What are the sentences? How to prevent to get sentenced? What should I do Please advise.

You should try to communicate with your wife and ask her to forgive you. Tell her that you do feel bad and your conduct to her was mean and unfriendly and promise her that you will never ever repeat that. If you do that persistingly you will be sending a message to your own subsconscious and to her in clear terms.
If she wants she can take back the case.

Under any circumstance, be calm, do not use insulting language, accept your fault and say that you are repentent and you plead for another chance. If you are relaxed, calm and honest you will have a fair deal.

It all depends on what grade of abuse? Pl specify more if you can.
